The Funds and Programmes Division within the Office of the Prime Minister is the designated national responsible authority for the management of the General Programme Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows Programme.

The four funds that make up this Programme are the:

• the External Borders Fund (EBF); 
• the European Return Fund (RF);
• the European Refugee Fund (ERF); and
• the European Fund for the Intergration of Third Country Nationals (IF)
  

Mission Statement

To manage in shared management with the European Commission, the General Programme Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows by ensuring in a transparent manner, the optimal distribution and absorption of such funds amongst stakeholders whilst improving the management of migratory flows at the level of the European Union and strengthening solidarity between Member States.
